My submission for SPX 2002, the yearly anthology that used to accompany SPX (which apparently was a top 10 comic in Time for 2002). The theme was biographical comics of famous people. A week-long marathon of stimulants and drawing with Eraserhead soundtrack on the headphones, between tendon-twitching sessions on my Powerbook G4 playing Joust.

I lived with Aaron Renier at the time, and his submission about the original writer of the Nancy Drew mysteries, Carolyn Keene, was also published in SPX2002.
